Carole qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1985 and immediately returned to her home town of Paisley to set up practice. As her practice quickly developed, she opened Paisley Natural Therapy Centre in its current location in 1990 and over the years has overseen the growth of the practice to include many different therapies. Carole herself practises using a broad range of osteopathic techniques and has completed many postgraduate courses in various areas, including medical acupuncture and cranial osteopathy. Carole also practises veterinary osteopathy, mostly treating dogs and horses although she has been known to help species as diverse as foxes and pigeons!
Carole is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association and the British Medical Acupuncture Society.

Annette qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002 and has been working at Paisley Natural Therapy Centre since. She is currently completing an MSc in Osteopathic Sports Care, and has also completed several postgraduate courses in cranial osteopathy, both in the UK and USA. Annette has also trained in medical acupuncture which she uses as an adjunct to osteopathy.
Annette sees most of the babies and children presenting to the practice and has a current special interest in young athletes and the challenges they face adapting to growth as well as their sporting activity.
Annette is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association, the Osteopathic Sports Care Association, the Cranial Academy and the British Medical Acupuncture Society.

Clare originally trained as a sports therapist and a personal trainer, a field she worked in for many years which gave her an in-depth understanding of sports injury, rehabilitation and nutrition. From this experience Clare developed a keen interest in osteopathy, and went on to study at the European School of Osteopathy, qualifying fully in 2008.
With her background in sports therapy and experience in elite equestrian events as well as participation in other sports, Clare continues to treat biomechanical issues arising from sports injury, as well as postural pain related to ergonomics and general lifetime events and stresses. Clare has also developed a specific interest in treating expectant and post-natal mothers, and has completed a number of postgraduate courses in this field.
Clare is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association and the Osteopathic Pelvic, Respiratory and Abdominal Association.

Vadim originally trained as a sports massage therapist and coach in his native Moscow, before progressing to working as a physical therapist in the prestigious Dikul rehabilitation centre for spinal injuries; this work took him to England where he then undertook further studies in manipulative therapy before moving to Scotland. He has been working in Paisley Natural Therapy Centre since 1998.
Vadim has a background in martial arts training and has competed at international level so uses this understanding of integrated whole-body movement and function when treating his patients.

Claire gained her HND in Sports Therapy and Clinical Diploma in Aromatherapy in 2002 from the Central College of Commerce and has been working in Paisley Natural Therapy Centre ever since. Claire's background as an elite athlete gives her a broad understanding of the challenges sportspeople face and she uses individualised massage therapy protocols to both treat and prevent injury and improve performance, as well as for relaxation in the general population. When using aromatherapy, Claire selects oils which complement each other and are specific for each patients needs.

Lynn originally trained as a nurse and midwife, working in the NHS for over 30 years. During this time she developed an interest in complementary health care and completed the Diploma in Holistic (Swedish) Massage in 2004 and Diploma in Remedial and Sports Massage in 2005, eventually leaving the NHS the following year to work full time within this field.
Lynn's sport background lies mainly within martial arts. She uses this experience when working with athletes and others in the treatment of sports and general injuries, and in utilising sports-specific massage to promote best performance and help reduce injury risk. Lynn has completed further training in hot stones massage, as well as pregnancy massage, to which she brings her knowledge and experience of pregnancy care.

Louise completed her four-year training course at the Scottish College of Homeopathy in Glasgow in 1995. In 2002 she completed a two-year postgraduate course at the Dynamis School for Advanced Homeopathic Studies, gaining a PCH (Practitioner of Classical Homeopathy). Louise keeps up to date with the latest developments in homeopathy by attending regular training seminars at the Glasgow Homeopathic Hospital and various other UK centres.

After completing his BSc Degree at Strathclyde University, Neil Scott-Kiddie began his acupuncture studies at the College of Traditional Acupuncture in 1995. Since graduating in 1998, Neil has furthered his studies both in the UK and Europe, specialising in Japanese and Korean techniques. These methods are extremely gentle and therefore suitable for all ages.
Neil has been a fully registered member of the British Acupuncture Council for the last 11 years.

Pamela studied a Bachelor of Science degree in Herbal Medicine and was subsequently admitted as a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. As part of her training, Pamela also qualified in Clinical Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Massage and has since completed the COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills.
Pamela enjoys using elements of all her training during a herbal consultation so that each patient benefits from a truly individually tailored approach. She believes that it is very important to involve each person in their journey to health so that the patient feels empowered and supported. Pamela is dedicated to ensuring that every person has the right to the very best integrated healthcare; to this end she promotes working in partnership with GPs and other healthcare providers and has been trained to work alongside other types of medication.

Anne originally qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist (CHt) in Los Angeles, California in 1991, and studied further in several fields, in particular qualifying as an aromatherapist and massage therapist in 1997. After several years' study in the field, Anne qualified as an Usui Reiki Master and a Karuna Reiki Master (KRM) in 1998. Anne has worked in both the USA and UK and joined Paisley Natural Therapy Centre in 2003; she uses her range of clinical holistic therapies to support clients with whatever is most appropriate for them at that time. Anne also holds a diploma in counselling from Rusland College and enjoys using these skills to support her therapeutic work.

Doreen originally worked as an occupational therapist, specialising in the developmental assessment of disabled children and dyslexia. She later qualified as a reflexologist with the Scottish School of Reflexology and began practising in 1990; over the years she developed a keen interest in mental and emotional aspects of health and eventually trained as a counsellor, qualifying in 2007 with an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Doreen uses an integrative approach that encompasses Person-Centred, Gestalt and CBT techniques and so offers a tailored approach which is developed in partnership with each individual client.

Anne Marie is a Senior Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor; after a career as a schoolteacher she began extensive training in counselling, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Heriot-Watt University in 1998. The focus of her training involved both Psychodynamic and Person-Centred theory; in addition Anne Marie has experience in Solution Focussed Brief Therapy and often sees clients for a course of 6 sessions of counselling, working within this model. She also offers longer term therapy where appropriate.
Anne Marie also works part-time within the NHS as a senior mental health practitioner, teaches trainee counsellors and is a qualified supervisor. She is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy with whom she gained her Senior Accreditation in 2006.
